  • To contribute to raising the skills of the European labour force and in particular of those who are low skilled or who have left school early.

  • To support peer learning activities.

 

To fulfill this elements, EAN organises courses recorded in the European Grundtvig Database, addressed to people involved in the education of adults people that want to attend a training activities in a Country different from their Country of origin. Furthermore, our portal gathers a wide list of traing offers that can be checked in our Training Catalogue. In the face of constant change and the consequences of the economic crisis, adults regularly need to enhance their personal and professional skills and competences. Given the current instability in the labour market and the need to reduce social exclusion, this applies particularly to the low skilled and the low qualified. However, all adults can benefit significantly from lifelong learning.
